The making of a trumpet

So  from what I have gathered from watching videos of people making trumpets, it takes a lot of work to construct one. There are many steps in making a trumpet. All that the trumpet is made of is a sheet of metal, or more so they can provide a better sound, and is constructed into a 4 foot long tube of brass that has a cone at the end. Constructors take a mandill to finalize the shape of the trumpet and then put soap in the tubing. They freeze the tube and soap at 49 degrees celcious that way when they bend the tube it does not break and they do the same process for the rest of the pieces.

  1. With you getting information on trumpet constructing, do you one day hope to build your own and maybe start a business in the future? Since you love the trumpet and already play it, do you one day hope to learn another instrument that is very close to the trumpet? I hope your research goes well and good luck!
